We have now complete the slaughter season autumn 2017.
We slaughter 29.800 pc. and the average weight for lamb was 15,73 kg.
Compare to last year the average weight 2016 was 16,4 kg. but that was the highest average weight for lamb for many years.
It surprise me that despite this lower average weight for lamb this autumn it was more muscle filling than last year.
